Though I am free and belong to no man, I make a slave to everyone, to win as many as possible...
1 Corinthians 9:19

Becoming a personal saviour, and living as one who wishes to save as many as possible, was the life that Apostle Paul lived for...

What was the life of Jesus?

It was a life of laying down and serving for others...

As Apostle Paul tried to live this way, these verses came out...

To the Jews I became like a Jew, to win the Jews. To those under the law I became like one under the law (though I myself am not under the law), so as to win those under the law.

It's that when we live the life that follows the goal of saving souls, we could grow weary and tired. But Apostle Paul is exhorting us once again...

...Do all this for the sake of the gospel...that you might share in its blessings...

It's that saving souls - this is the goal of our lives, and as we live resembling this - remembering Apostle Paul's words can become a strength to us.

Let us live therefore ' to win as many as possible' - that is the life that Apostle Paul testifies as being true.
