LONDON - Two women died in a fire at a taxi rank in Lincolnshire on Monday, police said.

A third person, a man, is in a serious condition in hospital with burns.

It was unclear what caused the fire in the town of Immingham, a spokeswoman for Humberside Police said.

The blaze broke out at the taxi office at about 8:20 a.m., and early reports said there had been an explosion, though police were unable to confirm this.
