The band did what they do best, and then excelled as they adapted brilliantly to the diverse range of musical styles displayed by their own soloists and invited guests. There was something for everyone to get on board with. When you combine the harmonies of LCGC, add the soulful ballads of Sam Moore and Carleen Anderson, worshipful rock with Matt Redman and Martin Smith and the heartfelt sound of Paul Carrack what a great package!
Commendations go to LCGC's writer Howard Francis in his 'bins' looking 'cool as a cucumber' and producer Nicky Brown looking every bit the gentleman he is in his 'zoot.' And of course Rev Bazil Meade and his wonderful vitality is expressed in the DVD and video. From this recording we expect an album that will have you praising, partying, worshipping. The atmosphere at Abbey Road was at times intense, God was definitely in the house!
